Russell Harper is the Managing Member of Harper Associates, LLC. Russell graduated in 1984 from James Madison University. Thereafter he has been involved in commercial real estate including leasing, land assemblage, zoning, construction and development.

Russell established Harper Associates, a real estate development company, in 1995 and is primarily active in sourcing and identifying development opportunities.
